Couple ideas...

1. They could place the money in an escrow account that Joint can't access until she turns professional.

2. The USTA could pay her $140,000 as part of a NIL deal in which she makes a couple of appearances and promotes the tournament on social media.

It's an unfortunate situation, but several solutions exist to make this right.
