On America’s 250th birthday, remember that less than 6 months ago, civilians were executed on the street in broad daylight in a U.S. city occupied by armed federal agents in masks.
🚨BREAKING: An ICE agents just tried to claim they were conducting “targeted enforcement”… after pulling over a U.S. citizen, and demanding he prove he was a citizen, in Seattle, Washington.
In the video, the man explains he had just bought the car from a friend. Then he asks the agent:
“Would you mind explaining how this works? Do you just run the plates?”
The ICE agent responds:
“Uh… so we’re doing targeted enforcement.”
The man immediately asks:
“And you saw me come off of Home Depot?”
And the ICE agents went silent.
Because he realized he messed up.
“Targeted enforcement” isn’t a legal justification for pulling over a U.S. citizen.
Federal agents don’t get to stop people on a hunch, demand identification, and hope they find someone they can deport.
They need a lawful basis for the stop.
So, what exactly made this man a “target?”
His truck?
The Home Depot parking lot?
Or was it because he looked Hispanic?
Because if agents are stopping people based on their race, ethnicity, or perceived immigration status, that’s a constitutional violation… not “targeted enforcement.”
The Constitution applies to ICE, too.
And if your entire justification falls apart the second someone asks, “Why did you stop me?”
It becomes pretty clear you never had one to begin with.
The 5 worst people on the planet?
1. Putin
2. Trump
3. Netanyahu
4. Elon Musk
5. Stephen Miller
Imagine how much better the world would be without these mass-murdering psychopaths.
🚨BREAKING: A new video shows DHS lied, again, about an ICE shooting.
Yesterday, ICE reportedly told police that a man “weaponized” his vehicle by “ramming” into an ICE sedan, forcing an agent to fire his gun during an operation in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Except… that’s not what the video shows.
In the video, an ICE agent rushes the driver’s window with his gun drawn. The agent recklessly waves his gun around, and appears to order the driver to roll down the window.
That’s an extreme use of force from the very beginning.
Another agent approaches the car, and moments later, they violently smash the driver’s window.
And notice how the driver doesn’t try to flee until ICE violently escalates everything.
He drives around the ICE vehicle, makes it into the street… not hitting a single ICE agent, or vehicle.
Then, AFTER the car is already past every agent, and driving away, an ICE agent opens fire.
The law is pretty clear… officers may only use deadly force, against a fleeing person, if they have probable cause to believe that person poses an immediate threat of death, or serious physical injury to the officer, or others.
So, where was the immediate threat?
The car had already passed the agents… and was driving AWAY.
ICE also claimed Lara-Hernandez had a criminal history of assault, and that this was a targeted enforcement operation.
Yet, publicly available court records reportedly do not show any active warrants.
Federal agents don’t get to point guns at people without legal justification. They don’t get to fire at a vehicle after the immediate threat has passed. And they don’t get to lie to police about what happened.
So, when are we going to start holding these agents accountable?
BREAKING: Two people have climbed to the top of the Empire State Building in New York City, holding a banner from the skyscraper's antenna reading, "When the power of love beats the love of power, the world knows peace."
As of now it's unclear how the pair reached the top of the building as police work to get them down from the spire, 1,454 feet above the ground.
Elections have consequences, which is why you never want another guy like Clarence Thomas ruling from the Supreme Court for 40 years. Remember that this November.
Trump’s team could have argued that the 14th amendment should apply only to those here legally.
Instead they over reached wanting to nullify all citizens born to foreign parents.
Why?
The midterms.
They know his support among 1st generation Hispanic voters has massively shifted.
While they wanted to strike this down in general, they were desperate to throw into question the citizenship status of millions of voters before the election.
That is what was defeated today.
Hispanic voters should remember this moment at the polls.
Republicans were eager to remove your right to vote.
