The name is Detailed Analysis Done Uniquely... and thats what I plan to do. Using Data, Statistics, Engineering Intuition to provide a new lens of analysis
@badlincelet@Stalruth People who know what they're talking about. Lol. Might be used by cheaters. Lol. You know that there have been a number of people DQd from VGC events that are big users and supports of showdown. Do you have a plan against them? Or just some cheating that's frowned upon? Lol
@mikewwm8@Stalruth What are you on about Mike? VGC is a number crunching games. It attracts engineers, programmers, scientists, accountants. Have you ever seen ANY of the excel tools? Or heard of showdown?? How was showdown made?? Programmers that like Pokemon !!! C'mon cuh. Ofc he's a VGC player
@CohenPoirier@redrock_bball Bad FT guy? You know Amen was 77.9% from the line. Ant was 79.6% is he also a bad FT guy?
Amen went stretched above 80%, and has greatly improved. Went 5/6 in the preseason game. I had Amen last year and he was great. You're in your own head if you have ideas of who are bad %
@shaokthx I didn't watch the stream at all, but from my understanding people could bet..... Twtich points..... Not money on it. Is that correct? I think a serious reality check is needed for these people that don't get it. Giving people prediction dopamine without spending money is good
@shaokthx Bro what are you on about? What you were doing was fantastic. Did you talk to a range of vgc players or just top ones? Because Top VGC players have a toxic hold on the scene and don't like the status quo changed. (Old cheating scandals or $1k team building groups)
@Adamking91 But critically 8 cat leagues drop turnovers which is a critical cat for you to win right? It's harder to punt 3 cats doing the same strategy. It has to be guard build punt rbd, BLK, fg% which sounds much less reliable.
@FPLMeerkat In your defence... You did put gyokeres, Eze,mosqueta all as 50-69% so entirely reasonable that those missed. You only missed on Timber really which is fine! Your graphics are great
@redrock_bball Hi Josh. I liked Ty Jerome. If you turn his numbers to per 36 they look pretty good. 40.6 PPG, 10 ast, 2.5 rbd and 10 threes. No defensive stats which is a bit bad but with per 36 numbers like that I'd probably take him near the turn of the first round. Maybe 13th.
@kauezaovgc True. You know what's worse? At regionals when top players intentionally stall and slowplay which delays the tournament for everyone :))
Do you have an issue with that?
@DizzleDynasty And again. I do agree Deni at 5, Jerome at 13 and the rest it's all bad. But to get those wrong it's a typo, a mistake. Obviously.
But the BS with "good rankings"
1. Implies higher ranking is better when it's negligible
2. General rankings aren't league specific
3. Random inj
@DizzleDynasty You say expect better. What's better? Do you want them to match your projections exactly? In this graph with draft position left to final rank right you can see that even a reasonable draft from rankings will not be that close to final. Rankings just have so many layers of BS
@j_wolfe26 Can you save this tweet and reply at the end of the season if you won?
Like each pick individually is OK, but together it's a lot of old and/or high risk players.
What categories do you project to be strongest in?
@AndyBakesYT@playpokemon@Pokemon_Champs Okay well either:
1. You're wrong and just haven't been to enough events or met enough people
2. You're right, and then there's no issue removing prizing 😁😁 if people don't play just for prizing, get rid of it and use that cash to rent more event space. = More slots for local
