I’m De, and I’m creating this fundraiser for myself, Detangi Barrett, because I am trying to stay safe and stable while dealing with what I believe has been ongoing harassment and retaliation by the Oklahoma City FBI and their accomplices. In February 2026, I found a notarized court summons that had been modified in handwriting. It said I was being evicted from Elevate Apartments on N. May, where I had been living and paying my rent on time, for allegedly threatening an employee. The modified version also added false claims that I had threatened other tenants and was a threat to myself. Those statements were untrue. I am not a criminal, and I am not homicidal or suicidal. I brought this modified document to the Oklahoma State Court Network Clerk’s office regarding docket SC-2026-2204, along with evidence that the FBI had transferred my phone service to one managed by them, which I had also submitted to the FCC on September 4, 2026. None of that evidence was uploaded to my docket, and after I submitted the phone evidence, it was deleted from my drive.
Because I feared for my safety, I left my apartment and moved into a hotel, leaving most of my belongings behind. I have tried countless times to notify the DOJ OIG of the crimes I believe were committed against me, including sending a Standard Form 95 by USPS certified mail on February 17, 2026 to both the US Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Oklahoma and the US DOJ OIG, but neither office had a copy of my documents. I spoke by phone with Vicky M., who signed for them, and I received no cooperation. On Monday, July 6, 2026, I went to the USAO for answers and spoke with Defense Attorney Scott M., who first said the USAO does not accept Standard Form 95 forms, then later told me to bring one to the receptionist to be scanned into their system. On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, I returned with a Standard Form 95 against the USAO for mishandling my documents. When I then tried to submit that claim to the DOJ OIG through its fraud and abuse website, I believe it was intercepted by the OKC FBI because they responded to my July 7 submission and said they would not investigate my claim against the USAO, even though they should not have had access to it.
I am still living in a hotel, and I am running out of funds. Please help me put an end to the FBI's crimes against me.

After I asked everyone to contact the DOJ OIG, GoFundMe removed the 2 documents that proved the FBI intercepted my July 07, 2026 submission. They only deleted the most pertinent documents. The one showing the OKC FBI refusing to investigate the US Attorney Office for the Western District of Oklahoma and the other document was of the Standard Form 95 against the USAO for the Western District of Oklahoma that the intercepted and responded to. I've requested they add these two documents back because they prove I am being truthful in my statements and that the FBI are intercepting my online submissions to the DOJ OIG which is a violation of my First Amendment Rights to petition the government.

Let me add, to anyone willing to help the FBI cover-up their crimes, keep in mind there is penalty for aiding and abetting as well as being accessory after the fact. The FBI have engaged in far worse crimes against me than violating my civil rights. My situation is very real and even more dire. Please be a help and not a hindrance.

In February 2026, I found a notarized court summons that had been modified in handwriting. It said I was being evicted from Elevate Apartments on N. May, where I had been living and paying my rent on time, for allegedly threatening an employee. The modified version also added false claims that I had threatened other tenants and was a threat to myself. Those statements were untrue. I am not a criminal, and I am not homicidal or suicidal. I brought this modified document to the Oklahoma State Court Network Clerk’s office regarding (https://t.co/hj4ImFPzsp) docket SC-2026-2204, along with evidence that the FBI had transferred my phone service to one managed by them, which I had also submitted to the FCC on September 4, 2026. None of that evidence was uploaded to my docket, and after I submitted the phone evidence, it was deleted from my drive. Because I feared for my safety, I left my apartment and moved into a hotel, leaving most of my belongings behind.

The one showing the OKC FBI refusing to investigate the US Attorney Office for the Western District of Oklahoma and the other document was of the Standard Form 95 against the USAO for the Western District of Oklahoma that the intercepted and responded to. I've requested they add these two documents back because they prove I am being truthful in my statements and that the FBI are intercepting my online submissions to the DOJ OIG which is a violation of my First Amendment Rights to petition the government.

I am still living in a hotel, and I am running out of funds. I urgently need help staying housed, covering daily essentials, and maintaining some stability while I seek legal assistance and try to protect myself. After I asked everyone to contact the DOJ OIG, GoFundMe removed the 2 documents that proved the FBI intercepted my July 07, 2026 submission. They only deleted the most pertinent documents. The one showing the OKC FBI refusing to investigate the US Attorney Office for the Western District of Oklahoma and the other document was of the Standard Form 95 against the USAO for the Western District of Oklahoma that the intercepted and responded to. I've requested they add these two documents back because they prove I am being truthful in my statements and that the FBI are intercepting my online submissions to the DOJ OIG which is a violation of my First Amendment Rights to petition the government.

I’m De, and I’m creating this fundraiser for myself, Detangi Barrett, because I am trying to stay safe and stable while dealing with what I believe has been ongoing harassment and retaliation by the Oklahoma City FBI and their accomplices.
In February 2026, I found a notarized court summons that had been modified in handwriting. It said I was being evicted from Elevate Apartments on N. May, where I had been living and paying my rent on time, for allegedly threatening an employee. The modified version also added false claims that I had threatened other tenants and was a threat to myself. Those statements were untrue. I am not a criminal, and I am not homicidal or suicidal. I brought this modified document to the Oklahoma State Court Network Clerk’s office regarding (https://t.co/hj4ImFPzsp) docket SC-2026-2204, along with evidence that the FBI had transferred my phone service to one managed by them, which I had also submitted to the FCC on September 4, 2026. None of that evidence was uploaded to my docket, and after I submitted the phone evidence, it was deleted from my drive. Because I feared for my safety, I left my apartment and moved into a hotel, leaving most of my belongings behind.
I have tried countless times to notify the DOJ OIG of the crimes I believe were committed against me, including sending a Standard Form 95 by USPS certified mail on February 17, 2026 to both the US Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Oklahoma and the US DOJ OIG, but neither office had a copy of my documents. I spoke by phone with Vicky M., who signed for them, and I received no cooperation. On Monday, July 6, 2026, I went to the USAO for answers and spoke with Defense Attorney Scott M., who first said the USAO does not accept Standard Form 95 forms, then later told me to bring one to the receptionist to be scanned into their system.
On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, I returned with a Standard Form 95 against the USAO for mishandling my documents. When I then tried to submit that claim to the DOJ OIG through its fraud and abuse website, I believe it was intercepted by the OKC FBI because they responded to my July 7 submission and said they would not investigate my claim against the USAO, even though they should not have had access to it. After I asked everyone to contact the DOJ OIG, GoFundMe removed the 2 documents that proved the FBI intercepted my July 07, 2026 submission. They only deleted the most pertinent documents. The one showing the OKC FBI refusing to investigate the US Attorney Office for the Western District of Oklahoma and the other document was of the Standard Form 95 against the USAO for the Western District of Oklahoma that the intercepted and responded to. I've requested they add these two documents back because they prove I am being truthful in my statements and that the FBI are intercepting my online submissions to the DOJ OIG which is a violation of my First Amendment Rights to petition the government.

Let me add, to anyone willing to help the FBI cover-up their crimes, keep in mind there is penalty for aiding and abetting as well as being accessory after the fact. The FBI have engaged in far worse crimes against me than violating my civil rights. My situation is very real and even more dire. Please be a help and not a hindrance.

I’m De, and I’m creating this fundraiser for myself, Detangi Barrett, because I am trying to stay safe and stable while dealing with what I believe has been ongoing harassment and retaliation by the Oklahoma City FBI and their accomplices.
In February 2026, I found a notarized court summons that had been modified in handwriting. It said I was being evicted from Elevate Apartments on N. May, where I had been living and paying my rent on time, for allegedly threatening an employee. The modified version also added false claims that I had threatened other tenants and was a threat to myself. Those statements were untrue. I am not a criminal, and I am not homicidal or suicidal. I brought this modified document to the Oklahoma State Court Network Clerk’s office regarding (https://t.co/hj4ImFPzsp) docket SC-2026-2204, along with evidence that the FBI had transferred my phone service to one managed by them, which I had also submitted to the FCC on September 4, 2026. None of that evidence was uploaded to my docket, and after I submitted the phone evidence, it was deleted from my drive. Because I feared for my safety, I left my apartment and moved into a hotel, leaving most of my belongings behind.
I have tried countless times to notify the DOJ OIG of the crimes I believe were committed against me, including sending a Standard Form 95 by USPS certified mail on February 17, 2026 to both the US Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Oklahoma and the US DOJ OIG, but neither office had a copy of my documents. I spoke by phone with Vicky M., who signed for them, and I received no cooperation. On Monday, July 6, 2026, I went to the USAO for answers and spoke with Defense Attorney Scott M., who first said the USAO does not accept Standard Form 95 forms, then later told me to bring one to the receptionist to be scanned into their system.
On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, I returned with a Standard Form 95 against the USAO for mishandling my documents. When I then tried to submit that claim to the DOJ OIG through its fraud and abuse website, I believe it was intercepted by the OKC FBI because they responded to my July 7 submission and said they would not investigate my claim against the USAO, even though they should not have had access to it. I am still living in a hotel, and I am running out of funds. I urgently need help staying housed, covering daily essentials, and maintaining some stability while I seek legal assistance and try to protect myself. I also need help connecting with a First and Fourth Amendment attorney, and I am asking anyone who can to notify the media and the US DOJ OIG about what I have reported. I publicly posted the Standard Form 95 against the USAO on X at @DetangiB, and I believe my X account has also been hacked. Right now, I am trying to avoid being priced out of temporary shelter and forced onto the street while my communications and legal submissions continue to be interfered with.
The FBI is still at it. Now, they are trying to ensure I receive no donations on GoFundMe. They are actively hacking my GoFundMe and banking app. Yesterday, August 15, 2026, I reported issues I was having to GoFundMe Support. Today, I have a new issue with my GoFundMe app and I can't even get to the login prompt for my banking app. The FBI hack all of my devices and apps.
