This weekend, a Dead by Daylight team member awarded in-game content and currency to a creator streaming our game. Although it is not unusual to unlock content to give creators discovering DbD a chance to have a sneak peek at available content, this decision was made without receiving appropriate approvals. Furthermore, the team member's subsequent comments and conduct do not align with Dead by Daylight’s core values.
When concerns about this decision became apparent during the stream, we should have responded by looking into these concerns, not dismissing them.
Unfortunately, we’ve now seen the fallout of this decision unfolding in many conversations across the DbD community. We appreciate and stand with our community’s willingness to ensure our shared values are being upheld, at all times, regardless of popularity, and we’re heartbroken at the inflammatory language now being directed towards our community.
At the same time, threatening employees will never be acceptable, and we’re asking everyone to stop engaging with these posts.
We apologize to our community for letting you down. We have already begun reviewing our internal processes to prevent an incident like this from happening again.
@ywbmwwtv You telling people to get a life when all you do is watch fat people exist and you use that to starve yourself. Please seek the help you need because clearly it's not by watching someone lick a sugar ring
Wow, her tweet is blowing up and so are the accusations.
I commissioned her to do this amazing Elephant Daisy in 2025, and I don't believe it's AI! Despite its current capabilities, AI couldn't generate good art of Elephant Daisy back then. People were desperately wanting it, but there was no way to get it! That's why I commissioned numerous artists to create their very best Elephant Daisy masterpieces. It was my greatest contribution as a patron and curator to the art world.
It's sad that AI has driven some people to witch hunt artists. She claims she uses no AI, and I believe her!
@fullmetallamps Does the rest of your team benefit from it if you're running a dive comp? Yes or no? Because it seems like your entire video was talking about how selfish supports are and now you're saying use the shield for yourself only. Idiot
you start playing a rhythm game and all of a sudden your nose is itchy and your eyes are watering and you get a text and you get called to dinner immediately
