I was saying this earlier! This is absurd. No one should be placed under this pressure!!! During the election, your vote your privacy has been promoting. Where is the RO's privacy? Was the RO required to vote on the day for election workers? If he did, would he be voting twice?

Based on training, if an elector showcase his or her ballot, the PO deems that ballot as spoiled. My issue is why the RO casting the ballot to determine the winner, this is not secrecy!!!. Based on the tension in Westmoreland, there can be implications re this decision!!
