For my birthday, I gave myself the gift of a 405 pound deadlift! I've wanted to hit that weight for awhile and it was so rewarding to finally get it. I got stuck below the knees about a month ago with the sameโฆ https://t.co/Q0zfYa2BcX
No matter what you do in life, there will always be that person that tries to mock you and bring you down. Don't give in to those people. Be better. Strength is never a weakness. Weakness is never a strength.
Some days everything just clicks. Getting back into squats, deadlifts were FLYING today. Worked up to 315 10x1 for speed. Highest I've ever done speed deads by about 90 lbs. Pulled a quick set of 5 on the last set cuz they felt so good.
@BuffDudes Been awhile since I've done it, but I dropped 30 pounds in a couple months. Fasted cardio made all the difference. I've since gotten into powerlifting, so I purposely put about 20 pounds back on. Advice: expect to be hungry. You'll be miserable at times, but it will be worth it.
@pmb2010@orangetheory Running on a treadmill isn't a natural running motion because of the tread moving under your feet and the softer impact. Running outside involves a different movement that requires different muscles that are now atrophied from the treadmill movement.
Probably the most difficult part of transitioning from iPhone to Android is not being able to click the top of the screen to scroll to top. Other than that, I'm really loving this #GalaxyNote9 I may be an Android person now. ๐ฌ
