📢 Are you a detransitioner or desister?
Researchers are looking to hear from people who once identified as transgender and no longer do.
Full details in the image below ⬇️
For 7 years, I've worked with detransitioners—isolated, regretful, often suicidal after being failed by the very systems meant to help them.
Many therapists won't touch this work. Political pressure silences them. Meanwhile, vulnerable people suffer without care.
We need robust psychological support and proper assessment—free from ideology, free from politics. Just good therapy.
My new piece for @OTI_USA explores why this matters:

At 14, I thought transition was liberation. Only later did I see it for what it was: a repackaged form of conversion therapy.

My detrans tips:
- Don't let friends make you feel transphobic for making the right decision for you. It shouldn't be politicized, it's about your health and wellbeing
- Don't make a face account on detrans twitter right away (or ever!), take time to heal privately
