I am running for truth and justice as a presidential candidate for the People’s Party to reintroduce America to the best of itself - fighting to end poverty, mass incarceration, ending wars and ecological collapse, guaranteeing housing, health care, education and living wages for all!

#DetroitToday the conversation should also focus on equity. One day employed people can work less is a day an unemployed person could work. Everyone could be employed if jobs were shared. @SHDetroit
#DetroitToday@SHDetroit The history of reconstruction is painful yet critical 4 ALL Americans to know. Black ppl r blamed 4 injustices we experience. Our circmstnce of povrty, violence, low academic performnce, etc r legacies of a gov that never genuinely servd or protected us.
We can replant forests, have smaller classrooms, slow down, work less, compete less, live fuller more meaningful lives less focused on accumulating wealth.
@wdet@SHDetroit#detroittoday Growth has never been equitable. We are innovative & can find ways to make population decline efficient and fairer for everyone.
If 99% of mass killers in this country were young black men, what would we be hearing about black culture, black parents, black families?
So... isn't it time - way past - to talk about how and why white culture, white families, produce mass carnage?
#TexasSchoolMassacre
#DetroitToday It would be easier to both love and leave our jobs if the U.S. adopted @AndrewYang's #universalbasicincome. $1000/month/adult. Tax the machines and wealthy; they can afford it.
#DetroitToday We can't talk about jobs and wages without talking about cost of living, consumerism, and a culture that tends to encourage/force us to live beyond our ends.
@SHDetroit@wdet#detroittoday There has definitely been a redefining of Dr. King's legacy to focus on acts of kindness and service rather than a commitment to achieving justice for all.
@DavidLeins@SHDetroit Of the 10+ candidates for mayor in the primary, none of them stood a chance against Duggan, and the results showed that.
I’d argue for a debate if the runner up got 15% of the vote, but not even Adams could do that. Duggan might as well be unopposed. No need for debate.
