@TajSamudra : we stayed at your property from 26.12 until 29.12, AC didnt work for 2 days and on 28.12 I was offered another room. I requested for a refund of the days where AC didnt work but was not lucky but only got a discount on restaurant bill. Ddidnt expect this from TAJ

@airvistara please train ur staff to be friendly and transparent about the delay and pass the info. UK26 delay, no info at all and connection AI522 from Delhi will not be reached.

@airvistara flight UK26 which was supposed to leave at 20:30 didn't leave and in the checkin area waiting without info at all. Ridiculous, might even miss my connection at Delhi. Can people take responsibility & keep us informed.

@IndiGo6E Changes the flight bookings with out informing the passengers, neither SMS nor E-Mail. Luckily I was on the website to check the baggagle allowance and noticed the changes. This is not at all proffessional
