@India_KTM @jagograhakjago @ConsumerReports @thecroindia It clearly says that the electrical accessories are taken care of by @India_KTM them which is by the KTM itself, so the part(coil) which was replaced, it shouldn't be charged to me.

I paid an unreasonable amount to him and now I want immediate action against him and refund for that.

Their supervisor(Ramesh) was very rude and unprofessional. They were not abiding by their own rules and regulations. He was just ranting and was pressuring me to pay and just go.
It's so pathetic and so unethical practice by the KTM service center.

So he asked to get this replaced. It was of around ₹500.00. It was clearly visible that they were in a mood to loot me as I already paid a lot for the service and again they were asking me to pay where I was not the defaulter.

I called him(Ramesh) after getting home and he asked me to come back to the service centre today(01/07/24). I went there again and the mechanic took my bike and he informed me that the coil assembly ignition is not working which was fused due to the washing.

So, after the service was done, he asked me to take the bike and while returning back home, my bike broke down multiple times(around 60-70 times) on the way which was so dangerous and anxious for me. I could have met with an accident due this carelessness.

Then they sent my bike for washing and during washing they fused the coil assembly ignition part of my bike which they were aware of and they didn't tell at that time. It was working completely fine before the service.

I asked him what's the issue, he said that it needs to be replaced as there was some leakage of oil through that. It was of approximately ₹3000.00
I agreed for the same.

I went to service my bike yesterday(06/01/24) at KTM service center( KTM Husqvarna North Delhi, B-34/10, GT KARNAL ROAD INDUSTRIAL AREA). Their supervisor(Ramesh) told me that a rod(axle clamp and fork pipe) needs to be replaced which is at the right side near the tyre!
