My opinion is that Nitin Gadkari and Dharmendra Pradhan are unlikely to be removed anytime soon. If any action is taken, it will probably come closer to the 2029 general election rather than now.

Why? Because Modi will avoid making major political changes until public dissatisfaction becomes electorally costly. If ethanol related concerns, bad roads, education issues, or other unpopular decisions continue to frustrate people, Gadkari and Pradhan may remain in their positions until Modi feels that replacing them would generate positive public perception before an election.

Then, just before 2029, the narrative could become: "We heard the people's voice, we've taken action, and we've made changes." Such a move could help shift the public conversation and project accountability at a politically advantageous time.

That's how I see the political strategy of Modi unfolding.
