Most life hacks are garbage, here is one that actually works pretty well:

Making half payments every two weeks instead of monthly full payments on your home mortgage saves you a ton and lets you pay off your mortgage early.

See the effects below:

[Finance Guy @GuyTalksFinance]

If you have a 30-year mortgage loan with a $4,000 monthly payment

You can pay $2,000 bi-weekly and pay off the home loan 7 years earlier.

This is my favorite mortgage hack.

I just realized that if I pay an extra $250 a month toward my mortgage, I can pay off my house 10 years earlier 🤯 idk why I thought I’d have to pay so much more to make a significant impact on my loan.

@leonnoel Funny you should mention this. Just yesterday I took the family to learn how to play D&D and we bought the starter kit to do our first run. Very excited for family game night :)

If you like D&D ask chatGPT voice mode to be your DM

Surprisingly fun to play on the go

As a developer, you'll fight dragons big and small, each battle unique. Some so exhausting you'll want to give up. But remember, your discouragement is a dragon too. Kill it, show it who's boss. Stepping into the fog is what we do. Success isn't fun if it's guaranteed.

I wanted to learn more about the #Holi festival and asked ChatGPT. this line stood out to me. 🎉🌸

"Overall, Holi is a joyous occasion for people to come together, forget their differences, and celebrate the start of a new season."

Spent some time today fixing all the bugs my son found and adding a timer. I don't know any Pokemon by their shadows. Frankly, I don't know how anyone can. My favourite thing about Pokemon is the theme songs - not a duff one among them

@AjeetKhamesra1 Those are gorgeous! I bet she will love them and think of you every time she wears them.

[Dev Ameen @DevAmeenM]

@AjeetKhamesra1 I highly encourage everyone to adopt a naming convention that is descriptive. However keep it brief. I once worked on a framework where the names were_Super_Long_And_Contained_Every_known_variable_covered_in_the_function.
