@chandlerVol3 Although it works in context, adds to that apocalyptic feel, it looks terrible on modern screens, and I wish more of it was filmed on 35mm. Such a great film but, visually, it's hard to watch nowadays - particularly the scenes that take place in darkness.
For the last four weeks of the @ELHchallenge we've been storyboarding, prototyping and developing an 𝗘-𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘇 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄.
Can you complete 'Compliance Catchphrase' with a 100% accuracy score? Or will the host accept some answers that aren't 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘦 right?
But as I'm not as clever as that, so I've used plain old Javascript to 'grade' the learner's answer against the correct one, ignoring case and punctuation, but also allowing for partial matches against both the correct answer and four alternative 'near miss' answers.

When the otherwise stable and reliable Teams crashes 4 times during your big presentation, then decides it needs to reinstall and takes the remaining meeting time to so...
Can you always tackle a topic in this way? Of course not!
But the notion of meeting the learner where they are, focussing on what they need, and delivering the training in an efficient and engaging way still holds true.

This is designed for security staff who aren't at a desk, and who often work alone. It uses gamification to encourage resource management, accuracy and thoroughness. It also uses humour to reinforce a message.
In a nutshell, that's what I try to do as an Instructional Designer.
