I called the executive multiple times but the calls disconnected on the number everytime. At the end of the day they updated delivery could not be attempted, I raised a complaint with delivery through chat and tried to talk to customer care executive but there was no way to do.

and cancelled the order. He has so much authority and power that even after filing with Amazon customer service still we have to face so much issue.
Please be aware of frauds online, the harrasment you need to face to get the order you payed for is of next level @amazonIN

Back then my father had order a bulky stuff from @amazonIN and the same delivery agent told my father to come down and pick up the delivery, even though it was a door step delivery. My father being an aged person cannot carry such heavy weight. The delivery guy harrased by father
