Delayed response & repeated document requests when I call them. even after sharing everything already. Motorola will only repair but will not replace don’t want repair— want resolution.

It is been 10 days. I gave my batttery to dealer for repair and I haven't recieved my battery yet. I request everyone to put some effort on service , such a pathetic service team, dealer is also helpless.

@airtelindia how can a person suffer for 72 hours without internet when he or she is working from home . Is unplanned outage of internet is customer problem??
