SCOSS 2022 Conference @MidlandsTech. Keynote Dr. Galen DeHay of @tctcedu discussed the "Great Resignation" that is creating a "mismatch between companies' demand for talent and the number of workers willing to supply, resulting in a structural gap in the labor supply."
