@Abzyk1 Sir,According to new EIA 2020 the factory need not take clearance certificate. So the can build up factories and distroy the environment there is no meaning in taking action after the environment is distroyed .Please do try to watch this

@Abzyk1 The central ministry has proposed a change in the existing EIA process through a draft.The new draft involves the removal of certain regulations which will lead to lesser compliance and operation of projects in close proximities of boundaries of protected and eco-sensitive zones
