One thing I'm learning as a developer is that getting code to work is only half the job.

Understanding why it works, debugging errors, and writing maintainable code matter just as much.

Still learning, still building.

@Kimi_Moonshot I'm interested in how these models handle entire projects rather than isolated code snippets. Building an application involves connecting components, handling errors and debugging. That's where I'd like to see how much these tools can really help.

[qwert @DevKanekii]

@AnthropicAI @AISecurityInst The part that stands out to me is the importance of boundaries. As AI tools become more capable, giving them access to real systems means permissions and safeguards need to be taken seriously. Capability alone isn't enough.

[qwert @DevKanekii]

@OpenAI This is a reminder that backend development involves more than writing endpoints. Dependencies and their security matter too. As I'm learning Node.js, I want to get into the habit of understanding vulnerabilities and keeping projects updated.

[qwert @DevKanekii]

@cursor_ai Getting an AI agent to test the app it builds is an interesting step. I'm learning that writing code is only part of development; testing the actual user experience matters too. I'd love to see how reliable this is with more complex applications.

[qwert @DevKanekii]

@ClaudeDevs This is interesting. Being able to run a long task without blocking the whole workflow sounds useful. I'm curious how developers can handle errors and user approvals when building applications around these capabilities.

@mitansh_j07 Yea.
Not just writing the code

[qwert @DevKanekii]

Been learning more about JavaScript and backend development lately
