@NYSMarkets Denies Payout After Trader CompletedFull Evaluation and KYC.

NYSMarkets informed a trader that withdrawals are unavailable on a completed $20K account because it was classified as a marketing account, despite the trader successfully passing Phase 1, Phase 2, and full KYC verification.

This restriction was not made clear at the start of the evaluation process, leaving the trader to complete the entire challenge under the expectation of standard funded-account terms.

The firm failure to disclose these conditions upfront creates a misleading experience for traders who invest time and effort into passing the stages.

Why was the marketing-account status and its payout restrictions not stated clearly before the evaluation began?

How does NYSMarkets justify allowing a trader to complete all phases and identity verification only to deny withdrawals afterward?

Traders require transparent terms from the outset so they can decide whether to proceed.

This trader successfully passed Phase 1/2 & completed KYC verification. But when it came time to withdraw, @NYSMarkets said withdrawals weren’t available because it was a marketing account.

My questions are:

• If withdrawals aren’t allowed on this account, why wasn’t this made clear from the beginning?

• Why waste the trader time by allowing him to trade, pass both phases & complete KYC if withdrawals aren’t allowed?

🚨 @NYSMarkets Accused of Blocking Withdrawals on $20K Funded Account…

Trader (@IdrisTraders) alleges that NYS Markets denied withdrawal access to his $20,000 funded account after he passed both challenge phases and completed KYC.

According to the trader, he was told that withdrawals were unavailable because the account was registered as a marketing account.

However, a message in the NYS Markets affiliate Telegram group stated that partner accounts were withdrawable if traders met the requirements. It also claimed that some KOLs had already received payouts.
