It’s called Fense — an AI-powered land research tool for real estate & agriculture. Users can explore maps, draw land regions, and get AI insights on what can potentially be developed there.
Now I’m thinking… maybe this deserves an App Store launch 👀

Most bussiness don’t fail because of bad ideas.
They fail because operations are chaos.
I learned this the hard way building my first company.
We were managing everything across a lot of scattered tools, chats, and spreadsheets.
It felt productive but it wasn’t scalable. Yet so stressful.
That experience changed how I think about building.
Now I’m working on something I wish I had back then:
a single, intelligent system to run your entire business.
Not just another tool.
A real Business OS.
