Why is national media not covering this horrific incident which happened in Ganganagar, Rajasthan
A 13 YEAR OLD GIRL HAS BEEN GANGRAPED BY 30 MEN FOR FIVE DAYS
Hello @BhajanlalBjp ji If I were the Chief minister of Rajasthan I would have ordered my police to gather all these 30 bastards at Jawahar Circle in Jaipur and would have ordered police to first chop off their penises and then hang them upside down till they die so that nobody else can even dare to touch any girl
Set the norm now
It’s now or never
Kill all of them

The biggest shift is in the question you ask.
Stop asking how to lose weight. Start asking how to become insulin sensitive.
One chases the mirror. The other rebuilds the machine behind it.
Your habits are either making diabetes more likely or less likely.
There is no neutral.
Every meal, walk, workout, and night of sleep is a vote.
The body counts all of them.
Under Akhilesh Yadav's rule, Muslims felt emboldened and confident that no matter what they did, Akhilesh Yadav and Azam Khan would protect them from punishment.
Driven by this sense of impunity, on July 6, 2011, a Muslim mob in Moradabad lynched DIG Ashok Kumar Singh, releasing him only after they were convinced he was dead.
Due to this brutal beating, Ashok Kumar Singh fell into a coma for 12 days; both his eardrums were ruptured, he lost vision in one eye, and he suffered fractures in 13 places, including eight broken ribs.
A rumor had spread that someone had desecrated the Quran; acting on this, a large Muslim mob stormed the DIG's office, dragged him out, and nearly killed him. They also set several police vehicles on fire.
Although numerous police officers were present—armed with weapons ranging from 9mm pistols to AK-47s—no one fired a shot; The reason for this is well known. Fearing the Akhilesh Yadav government, police officers stood idly by while the DIG was lynched.
Following this incident, Akhilesh Yadav and Azam Khan tried their best to protect the accused, neither pursuing the case properly nor appointing a competent public prosecutor.
After Yogi Adityanath came to power, the case file related to the lynching of DIG Ashok Kumar Singh was reopened. Video footage and other evidence were collected anew, a strong public prosecutor was appointed, and the court sentenced 16 accused to life imprisonment. 3 others were sentenced to 30 years in prison, while 4 accused had already died.
Therefore, if Akhilesh Yadav – and thus the Samajwadi Party – returns to power in UP, anarchy *Gundaraj* will reign once again. Muslims will become so confident that if they can lynch a DIG, ordinary Hindus will stand no chance against them.
Therefore, all Hindus of UP should gear up for 2027 from now on and unite to re-elect Yogi-ji.

Her name is Neelam Krishnamoorthy.
On June 13, 1997, she booked two cinema tickets for her children.
Years later, she would say, “I didn’t know I was buying tickets for their death.”
It was the summer holidays.
Her daughter Unnati was seventeen, had just finished school, and loved films.
Her son Ujjwal was thirteen and dreamed of becoming a marine engineer.
That afternoon they went to watch Border at Delhi’s Uphaar Cinema.
They were expected home by eight.
A transformer in the building caught fire.
Smoke poured into the balcony where they were sitting.
The cinema had been altered to add more seats.
An exit had been closed, gangways were obstructed, emergency lighting failed, and there was no effective warning to the audience.
When the electricity went out, the hall was plunged into darkness.
Fifty nine people died that evening.
Twenty three of them were children.
The youngest victim was just thirty days old.
Neelam found her daughter lying on a stretcher and collapsed.
When she regained consciousness, her husband told her their son had died too.
She had never stepped inside a courtroom before.
She did not know the difference between a civil case and a criminal one.
She learned.
For the next twenty four years, she and her husband fought the owners of Uphaar Cinema through court after court, refusing to let the case disappear.
The owners spent only a few months in prison.
In 2015, the Supreme Court allowed them to avoid further imprisonment after imposing a substantial fine, taking into account their age and the long passage of time.
Neelam later said that was the only time during the entire fight that she truly broke down.
Years later, during one hearing, a judge remarked that while she had suffered, the accused had suffered too.
She is still fighting.
Two bullets hit him. The attack didn't stop.
In Kargil, Rifleman Sanjay Kumar kept moving toward the enemy bunker, seized a Pakistani machine gun, and turned it back on them - despite being badly wounded.
Some battles change because one man refuses to quit. 🇮🇳🔥

Meet Colonel (then Capt)Sachin Nimbalkar Vir Chakra and Colonel (then Lieutenant) Balwan Singh Maha Vir Chakra who on this day in 1999, led the troops of 18 GRENADIERS #IndianArmy on the Tiger Hills and rest is the history now…
MATA RANI keeps blessing both the living legends …
He Waited 75 Hours… Then Ended It in 15 Minutes. The Story of Major Preetam Singh Kunwar.
On 23 May 2017, a thermal imager along the Line of Control detected six suspicious figures near the Badori hills in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). They were heavily armed Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists preparing to infiltrate into India for a major attack. It was the first major infiltration attempt since the 2016 surgical strikes.
The operation was led by Major Preetam Singh Kunwar of the 4 Garhwal Rifles.
Many commanders might have opened fire the moment they spotted the terrorists. Major Kunwar didn't. He understood that firing too early might eliminate only a few, allowing the rest to escape. Instead, he chose patience over impulse.
For nearly 75 hours, he and his men tracked the infiltrators through rugged mountains, dense forests, icy streams, and dangerous minefields. To cross one mined stretch safely, they even improvised a bridge using a six-foot log, advancing inch by inch. Every step carried the risk of death, but Major Kunwar refused to compromise either the mission or the safety of his soldiers.
On the evening of 26 May, the terrorists finally crossed into Indian territory, unaware that they had entered a carefully prepared kill zone. Even then, Major Kunwar held his fire until every infiltrator was within range.
At exactly 7:13 p.m., he calmly transmitted a single command over the radio:
"Open Fire."
The silence of the mountains was shattered.
In just 15 minutes, all six terrorists were eliminated. Not one escaped. Even more remarkably, all 17 Indian soldiers involved in the operation returned without a single casualty or injury.
The weapons, ammunition, and supplies recovered from the terrorists revealed they had been preparing for a major strike in Kashmir. By stopping them at the border, Major Kunwar and his team likely prevented a devastating terrorist attack.
For his exceptional courage, leadership, and tactical brilliance, Major Preetam Singh Kunwar was awarded the Kirti Chakra, India's second-highest peacetime gallantry award.
Yet when asked about his actions, his response reflected the humility of a true soldier:
"I didn't do anything extraordinary. I simply did the job I had signed up to do."
Some heroes become legends because they charge into battle. Others become legends because they know exactly when not to pull the trigger.
Major Preetam Singh Kunwar belongs to the second kind.

His name was Brigadier Mohammad Usman.
At Partition, Pakistan wanted him. He was one of the finest Muslim officers in the army, and he was offered seniority and a future in the new Pakistan he could not have dreamed of in India.
He said no.
Twelve days short of his 36th birthday, he died fighting for India instead.
He was born on 15 July 1912 in Azamgarh, the son of a police officer. When he was twelve, a child fell into a well in his village. Usman jumped in and pulled him out. The rope tore his hands open. He carried those scars for the rest of his life.
He trained at Sandhurst, one of the few Indians the British allowed to become officers.
Then came Partition. His regiment, the Baluch, was sent to Pakistan. Almost every Muslim officer went with it. Usman was urged to go too, and offered rank and promotion in the new army.
His answer was simple. He was born in India. He would die in India.
Late 1947. Pakistani raiders poured into Kashmir and took Jhangar, planning to hand it over as a prize. Usman was sent to hold Nowshera.
His own men, raw from Partition, doubted whether a Muslim commander would be loyal. He made "Jai Hind" the greeting of his brigade and swore he would not sleep on a bed until Jhangar was retaken.
6 February 1948. Eleven thousand attackers hit Nowshera from every side. His outnumbered men did not break.
Nearly a thousand of the enemy lay dead by the end. Thirty-three Indians fell. They began calling him the Lion of Nowshera. Pakistan put a bounty of fifty thousand rupees on his head.
3 July 1948. Evening at Jhangar. He had just finished his prayers and was meeting his officers when a shell landed near his post. He died within minutes.
He was the highest-ranking Indian officer killed in that war.
Nehru and his cabinet came to the funeral. Maulana Azad led the prayers. He was given the Maha Vir Chakra. He lies buried at Jamia Millia Islamia in Delhi.
A man who was offered a future in one country, and chose to die for another.
There was a cab driver in Delhi who dreamt every day of becoming an army man. He finally made it on his third attempt & was assigned to the J & K Rifles. Within a year he was in Kargil and there was a war on. On this day, 26 years ago, Rifleman Sanjay Kumar volunteered to lead an attack on Point 4875 in the Mushkoh Valley. When they were pinned down by machine gun fire, Sanjay Kumar jumped out and charged. He took a couple of bullets, reached the bunker, killed all three inside, and then turned their machine gun on the rest of the bunkers and fleeing enemy troops. He was awarded a Param Vir Chakra, one of only seven living winners.

1. A belly that won't go
What he tried:
→ ₹15,000 a year on a gym membership he used 4 times a month.
→ ₹2,000 on a fat burner. Caffeine in a capsule.
→ Endless cardio, abs every day.
What his body was actually asking for:
→ Strength training over cardio. Muscle is the organ that burns fat at rest.
→ Belly fat and testosterone are a loop. Low T stores belly fat. Belly fat converts T to estrogen. The gym you didn't show up to was the wrong tool anyway.
→ Sleep 7+ hours. Poor sleep alone keeps belly fat locked.
→ 80g+ protein daily. Refined carbs cut by 50%.
→ Walk 10-15 minutes after every meal. Drops post-meal insulin by around 30%.
Where the money should have gone:
→ A ₹500 resistance band, ₹300 pull-up bar, and 45 minutes 3x a week at home.
→ Save the ₹15,000. Spend it on real food that hits protein.
Every Indian man over 30 has 5 things wrong with his body and has spent ₹1.5 lakh in 2 years trying to fix them the wrong way.
→ A belly that won't go, ₹30,000 on gyms he used 4x a month
→ A hairline going at both ends, ₹72,000 on oils, serums, dermat visits, and PRP
→ Energy that dies at 3 PM, ₹12,000 on multivitamins and energy drinks
→ A face and jaw softer than they were at 27, ₹24,000 on skincare and facials
→ Drive on the floor, ₹8,000 on "testosterone boosters" and ashwagandha capsules
That's ₹1.46 lakh in 2 years. His body still looks the same. His problems still stack.
Half of that money, spent right, would have reversed all 5.
Here's what his body was actually asking for, and where the money should have gone:
The goal is not six-pack abs.
The goal is:
• Stable energy. • Clear thinking.
• Low inflammation. • Strong muscle.
• Deep sleep. • Freedom from medication.
That is real status.
