The on-campus vs off-campus stadium conversation continues in the American Conference.

FAU AD Brian White explained how having control of their stadium gives the Owls more room to generate revenue.

Then he dropped some breaking news:

FAU is working on a pregame concert series at the stadium this season (sponsored by Publix), creating another revenue opportunity connected to football game days.

"Paradise. Tailgate. Festival type vibe".

That’s a much different setup than trying to build around a stadium you’re renting.
