The Buckby Motors Devonport City Strikers are excited to announce the signing of our second visa player for the upcoming 2024 NPL Tasmania season.
Shogo Umazume is a 24-year-old Japanese player who played in the Mongolian Premier League with Khoromkhon FC last season.
and prior to that three years playing in the League of Ireland for Treaty United where she was the club captain in 2022 and 2023.

The Devonport Strikers are excited to announce that goalkeeper Michaela Mitchell has signed with the club for the 2024 Women's Super League season.
Michaela comes to Valley Rd after a season in New Zealand playing for Western Springs,
It all gets underway on Saturday, February 17 for our state league teams when the Summer Cup commences, while March 16 sees the season proper get underway.

Declan is a Tasmanian product who moved to Melbourne in 2019 via a FFA Scholarship where he played and studied at the Maribyrnong Sports Academy.
Riku’s technical ability and finishing will be more than welcome at the Strikers in 2024 as we prepare to launch our NPL Tasmania title defence.

An exciting & attacking player, Riku has most recently been playing in the Mongolian Premier League with Erchim FC,
where he helped the club win the league championship along the way.
The 21-year-old's career has also included stints with Japanese J2 League outfit S.C. Sagamihara, and Montenegrin Second League team OFK Gbalj.
