Got an email from @Support saying my appeal for @Trecc_finance was successful and my account is fully restored... but when I log in, it's still stuck in read-only mode and says suspended. Looks like a backend sync issue.
@nikitabier @Support @X @XCorpIndia, would appreciate your assistance in looking into this and manually lifting the restriction. Screenshots attached.
