@DTDCIndia sent a package to Chennai from Ghaziabad on 29.07.23.
Package was misrouted to Mumbai and there’s no update despite repeated follow ups with multiple DTDC folks.

Would request have it sent to receiver otherwise would refer matter to @jagograhakjago
