May 17: Made full advance payment. Assured delivery by May-end.
June 5 & 10: Delivery repeatedly delayed with false promises.
Filed NCH Complaint.
June 21: Vehicle arrived at Alwar hub in a completely wrecked condition due to gross transit negligence!
Severe Damages (See Pics):
Deep body scratches & ruined grab rail
Broken front inner panel & mirror socket
Deep cuts on the metal brake lever
Instead of a fresh allocation, Ola wants me to accept this structurally impacted vehicle after a cheap "panel change repair". This is a major safety hazard for an EV (potential chassis/battery damage)!
โ I have REJECTED this damaged scooter.
My Demands to Ola:
1. Allocate a FRESH, BRAND-NEW VEHICLE immediately (New VIN).
2. Provide an ALTERNATIVE VEHICLE / STANDBY SCOOTER for my daily commute until the new delivery is made, as my funds are blocked since May 17.
If not resolved in 24 hours, I am filing a formal case in the District Consumer Court (e-Daakhil) for heavy compensation.
