@Dmac616 @Hondro0420 @MikMcDaniel Nah. Goalie touch doesn’t negate if you were offside when your team hit the ball forward. So here the player needed to be onside when the header was made to legally score.
@MIner_front_row @jakevieth2 @DeerMuse@MikMcDaniel Is this sarcasm or real? In case it’s real, the offside on this play isn’t only determined the moment the ball is kicked. It also has to be determined at the moment when the header was made on goal. Or any time an offensive player plays the ball forward in the other team’s half.
@MSNCMan77@roryrune@cjzero I'm with you. Yes, the ball was dead, but this was minor. People blowing it out of proportion because of who was on the receiving end. Jayson Tatum bumped Lebron harder than this after he dunked on him, and no call was made at all. Just a way to say, "I'm here! I can ball too."
@HI_KLASS@Ballislife It has nothing to do with being soft or hard. It’s just whether it meets the criteria for a flagrant. If it were up to many of us we’d still have the 80s and 90s rules, but we don’t so they either have to change the rules or enforce the current rules.
@WavyCeeze@Ballislife I don’t think it was vicious or painful. It just meets the flagrant violation. I never thought the NBA should have suspended Draymond. He doesn’t have a problem. He just plays hard basketball and some hard hitting moments happen. Give him his flagrant fouls and keep it moving.
@thejeffgomez71@ThompsonScribe I’m glad someone finally did the math. In most cases he’s either shooting wide open threes of screens or step back threes or jumpers with space. Hard to get a foul when nobody is near you.
Heading to the monthly meeting with the Palo Alto City/School Liaison Committee to figure out how our city and school district can collaborate to best serve our kids.
And as a reminder, you can support my campaign for Congress at https://t.co/KA7YEVcnvp - thank you!

I was really excited to be attending the national book awards this year with a friend, but I got COVID and will have to stay home. Super bummed, but I guess the anticipation will build till next year.
@StoryLuck The worst thing is they capture my attention so powerfully even though it’s clearly not what’s good for me. Awhile back I retrained the algorithm to feed me inspiration and motivation, but somehow I’m back in the trash bin.
@StoryLuck I should probably come on Twitter more. I was thinking more Instagram and TikTok discovery pages… people you don’t follow but are getting tons of engagement, which is filled with just hate, ignorance, pettiness, jealousy, spite, insecurity, and all that.
