What is the point of asking the development fee? If college authorities are reducing the teacher’s fees by 40% then they should also reduce the tution fees by same amount.

There has been no college activity(except online classes)since March and no refunds of that are made till date.Charging development fees is unethical as the entire semester will be conducted online. No to development fees.
