Advice to any founder trying to build on Twitter:

Choose your system on purpose.
You will either invest in a repeatable content engine, or the algorithm will punish your inconsistency. That's the platform's great truth.

Learn the language of reach and trust.
Get fluent in how attention actually moves: study hook types, pattern interrupts, engagement triggers, and understand what makes a profile convert into a lead.

Work with experts before you go it alone.
Before you burn 6 months on 12 likes per post, go work under an agency that's already built brands. Let them pay for your early mistakes while you steal every framework and process you can.

Stack dangerous skills: strategy, copywriting, data analysis, distribution.
If you understand your ICP, write scroll-stopping hooks, read your analytics, and amplify every piece of content, your brand becomes economically hard to kill.

Stop chasing viral trends.
Most founders chase the latest format, meme, or hot take. The real game is boring, cash-flowing authority that compounds through consistent, niche-defining content.

Use your unfair advantages for old-school positioning.
Your product knowledge, founder story, and industry insight are already better than most content mills. Bolt those onto a systematized distribution engine (like a DFY agency) and you create stupidly underpriced upside.

Optimize for curiosity, not credentials.
Ask more questions about your audience than everyone else in your niche. Follow your curiosity into problems real people will pay to solve. Stop assuming another tweet will fix a broken strategy.

Use risk while your downside is low.
You will never have less to lose than when you're small. This is the time to delegate, outsource, and invest in a team that multiplies your output.

Build a following before you need the revenue.
Start growing an audience of decision-makers now so that when you launch your next offer, you already have people to sell to, partner with, or hire.

Be so busy building that you forget to peacock.
Stop optimizing for vanity metrics, profile aesthetics, and approval from peers. Be so focused on stacking authority, generating inbound leads, and buying back your time that you don't have time to obsess over what strangers think.
