Seems the suitcase was manhandled to the extreme, only then this could have happened. The hard bound suitcase is cracked and damaged. Who is liable for this loss? How can this be compensated?
@PWSMSupport Raising ticket thru Parent app support doesn't work. You need to have a better connect with parents and make them aware about their child's performance. Better improvement plan for child's performance. If you work to address these issues, it will help a lot of parents.

Good that I have learnt a lesson and decided not to continue further for competitive exams.
@PhysicswallahAP class 10th CBSE exams are just a month away. Students are yet to get PYQs for all subjects. Checked with VP but PYQs still not avbl. Overall my experience has been below par with PW ☹️
