I had mailed a complaint on 6th Sept w.r.t an issue with my PRS S2 custom 24,request no 92570. I was informed that someone from Prs will reach out to me in 3-5 business days,it's been 2 weeks and still nothing from your end.Deeply disappointed with the customer care @prsguitars

@rishibagree It might be the case with you but I know so many people including me who is awaiting refund for the last month and In a lot of cases more than 3 months. Stop giving false narratives please

@venkat_fin9 Problem is we forget that any govt is just a service provider and not a king. Unless people start realising this we will keep having politicians who will loot us to any extreme possible.The common citizen has to stop fighting amongst themselves and hold any govt accountable

@kapsology @nitin_gadkari For that you need to make all kinds of fuel available for cars whose engines are not e20 complaint.else would you believe people who says 4-5km/lt mileage drop? Also why is the ethanol mixed fuel available at same price? Shouldn't there be a price drop?

@frontierindica I like how these ministers make statement in a room full of limited people but doesn't have the integrity of actually taking regular users views. It's like what they feel is right and everything else is rubbish

@venkat_fin9 Unfortunately most buyers are not aware.A lot of people don't even know about ethanol blending. Forget people,the staff who dispense fuel at petrol pumps don't know . I recently visited a service center ,their service manager is clueless about ethanol mixed petrol

@siamindia Great. Now tell us your roadmap for vehicles pre 2023?are you willing to take those away and give us newer compliant vehicles for free?who will pay for the drop in mileage,engine wear and tear? Why is there no option of e5,e10 in petrol pumps?why petrol prices haven't dropped?

@MotorOctane Who will pay for the drop in mileage?why are they not selling ethanol mixed petrol for a cheaper price? Why is there no separate bunks for e5,e10 and it's likes in petrol pumps for vehicles not compatible with the current ethanol blends?and the mileage drop is atleast 20%

@mayank00 @volklub I would be very intrigued to know who are these experts they consult with and what's the discussion about? Is it really for the good of the consumer or making their fat pockets fatter? But time is a great leveller. All garbage will be cleaned for sure
