Offered a fake bill with tax for my meal. Payments are taken on personal UPI id of Ops Manager.
When inquire told that this is BAU
Later when we raised this, surprising both POS and Micros started working. Attaching both Bills

@nitspads @RBI @instamojo @jagograhakjago @instamojo has the worst possible customer service. Instead of guiding their newly onboarded customers on how to use their platform best, they decide to freeze the account 3 times in a row and block my money. Pathetic experience! @RBI @sampad
