Dear @IDFCFIRSTBank @RBI , i have a problem idfc bank loan recovery agent they call me again and again. I am not taken any loan, somebody from my village he taken his first loan on that time i present on that movement, then he took my numbers as alternative.

Then he take a new loan.(as per idfc agent on this they taken the same number as alternative without my physical presence) . I am already told them i am the right per to say anythink but they call me again and again.this is no [phone].

Please shutout our locality problem permanently. Even they bill 35days on months. We are suffering please do something. Main point is they cut power at single thunderstorm . And it continue to 3hr minimum.

I am Debabrata jena @tpnodl_odisha, Dist-Jajpur section-sukinda, panchayat-Hatibari. Everyday your team chu 3to 5 hour after a single drop of rain. Everytime we call them they say 33kv fault. I don't know how weaker it is. Nowadays same 5 hr cut s but they not update on system

Everytime i call customer care they raise complain but they even confirm what happening. No phone call no messages even they close the old complaint. Last complain i raise on 20 sept no 3200925007281. When i call customer care today they say we have old complain not close.

I am Debarata Jena. This is my second post regarding my problem. In my previous post mentioned my Problem with @Bajaj_Finserv+@airtelindia1, how they harassed me. After both of their support team called me, and they continued the problem with the same request.

They told me it will be solved within 48 hours. I don't know how they calculate 48 hours (30/04/25 - 5/5/25). Day by day, they extend the period. (Below is the attachment.) The shocking thing is, I am also reported to their Nodal officer. Still, I am waiting for their call.

On Airtel thanksapp, I then told her. She told me this is a technical issue it comes within 20 min. After 20 mins message on WhatsApp told me to wait some more min. After 4 hours, she blocked me. I raised a request to Bajaj Finance, but it shows after 24 hr.. 500 recharge
