@AskPlayStation who do I contact about my ps5 randomly not connecting to my wifi anymore and a button issue on a controller. I’ve been trying to call support but it just says call volume is too high and ends the call.

@AskPlayStation Yes and I’m the miracle I get it to reconnect as soon as I turn the playstion off and back on it disconnect and struggles to reconnect. And for the controller it a button that sticks and has been for like 2-3 months now so I had to get a new one
