Very disappointing experience with IndiGo today at Guwahati Airport (GAU).

I am a BlueChip Membership Tier 2 customer and have booked 25+ IndiGo flights from April 2026 till date.

Today, my flight from Guwahati to Delhi was at 10:45 AM. At around 10:00 AM, I had one extra baggage. I understand that the check-in/baggage counter for that flight had closed, so I accepted that.

However, I then booked another IndiGo flight for 4:55 PM on the same day.

When I returned to the counter to drop my baggage for the 4:55 PM flight, I was told that I had to wait because my flight was still more than 5 hours away, and they would not accept my baggage.

I have been at the airport since early morning and have been without proper food since 6:00 AM. I was also not allowed to leave the airport with my baggage.

As a frequent IndiGo customer and BlueChip member, I expected much better customer service and flexibility in a situation like this.

Is this really how a loyal customer should be treated?

@IndiGo6E Please look into this incident at Guwahati Airport (GAU) and explain why baggage could not be accepted for my confirmed 4:55 PM flight.

I was booked urgent flight today. My father admit in hospital that's why I booked flight ticket with the costly amount. Now, it is showing 3 hr 15 min delay.
Note: If I delay only for flight "gate close".
Now, we are wait from 7 am to 12 am.

Today, i have booked the ticket with my friends in PVR theater in Phoenix mall, near krishna Nagar, Lucknow.
I am very disappointed at this time with PVR. Seats space is very bad
and bad smell.Some other bad experience. I have attached videos
