Gaming isn’t ruining your focus. Your dosage is. 🎮🧠
Science shows games can build resilience and sharpen problem-solving, but there’s a thin line between a mental reset and burnout.

Stop using Room Database for simple app settings. 🛑
If you only need to save a "Dark Mode" toggle or a user token, building a complex relational database is complete overkill.
SharedPreferences is still king for key-value storage. 👑
But most devs implement it wrong.
Your Android app is losing user engagement. Here’s how to fix it in under 10 minutes. 👇

⚡ This post went viral on LinkedIn. (Read the screenshots of his post).
This guy works in the likes of Netflix & Prime Video - this tells you everything you need to know why foreign OTT fund horrible Poverty Porn against India to push their agenda.
The problem with this post is not that it highlights India's challenges. Every country has challenges.
The problem is that it presents uniquely Indian problems as if they don't exist elsewhere.
Let's apply the same logic to America.
Americans escape failing public schools with private schools.
They escape crime with gated communities.
They escape homelessness by avoiding entire city blocks.
They escape drug epidemics by moving to other countries.
They escape medical bankruptcy with expensive insurance.
They escape decaying infrastructure by living in wealthier zip codes.
They escape violence by hoping your child's school is not the next headline.
By this standard, the American Dream is also to 'Escape America'.
The same India being described as a hopeless failure is producing global CEOs, world-class founders, engineers, scientists, and doctors. It built digital public infrastructure that many governments are now studying. It remains the fastest-growing major economy despite starting from a far lower base than the West.
What this post conveniently ignores is that India added hundreds of millions of bank accounts, dramatically expanded electrification, sanitation, roads, airports, internet access, and financial inclusion within a single generation.
It also ignores a simple fact:
If India were such an unlivable disaster, why are global corporations competing aggressively for Indian talent? Why are companies moving supply chains to India? Why are investors pouring billions into Indian businesses?
The reality is that every large nation has inequality. Every large nation has public service gaps. Every large nation has elites who can buy better outcomes.
The difference is that India's shortcomings are endlessly amplified, while Western failures are treated as exceptions.
America has a fentanyl epidemic, a homelessness crisis, crumbling infrastructure in many cities, healthcare costs that bankrupt families, over $36 trillion in national debt, and school shootings that would be front-page global scandals anywhere else.
Yet nobody writes, "The American Dream is to escape America."
Criticising problems is healthy. Indians do it every day.
Pretending India is uniquely broken while ignoring the mounting structural challenges across the West is not analysis. It's a narrative.
The American century was built on industrial dominance, demographic strength, and the privilege of issuing the world's reserve currency. The first two are finished, and the third is increasingly being questioned.
India has problems to solve. Every serious Indian knows that.
But betting against India's trajectory in 2026, while recycling the same pessimistic script that has been wrong for decades, looks increasingly like betting against reality.
DuckDuckGo has reported a 30% week-over-week increase in installations following Google’s AI search launch.
Google turned "Personal Intelligence" into AI Mode, which now connects directly to your Gmail and Google Photos to give you personalized search results. If you opt in, AI Mode can use more of your personal data, and there’s no promise it will stay limited to just these two services.
Next, Google announced Gemini Spark at I/O 2026. This upgrade turns Gemini from a tool that just finds your data into an agent that can act on it, handling tasks on its own across your Workspace and, by summer 2026, even in third-party tools.
Unless you change your settings, Google keeps your searches, AI responses, feedback, location, and device information for up to 18 months. Now, your inbox, photos, and search history are combined into one behavioral profile that powers a system you can’t fully opt out of.
"Google is force-feeding AI with no way to opt out," DuckDuckGo's CEO said plainly. Yes, he's not wrong.

Stop asking your users for WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permissions. 🛑
Scoped Storage changed the game. If you're still using https://t.co/fgfUpbi0ap.File, you're doing it wrong (and your app is probably crashing).
