He hardly attended 30-60 days in 1 year.
In this summer vacation he wants to replay the classes again. But they deactivated my account. Because there is no active subscription. Please help me.

@consumerforum But I'm keep on calling for cancellation. Which is not happened.
After 10 days they said that they will not refunding, bcos I haven't applied for cancellation/refund in 7 days. Which is wrong.
So my son is started attending/replaying classes in free time.
