@SkySportsBoxing Trying to watch #JoshuaVsParker on the #SkySportsBoxOffice app and it is actually unwatchable. Pixelated, keeps buffering, awful quality. Other video streaming services working perfectly so it's not our internet. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND PLEASE!
@virginmedia 3) The advertised speeds of 50mb, stated on the service contract we signed, was not the the speed consistently delivered to us as the speed would regularly drop down to 1mb-5mb.
@virginmedia 1) The advertised package of broadband and phone line, stated on the service contract we signed, was not the the package delivered to us as there was no phone line included.
2) The advertised price of Β£25 pcm was not the the price we were charged. We paid was around Β£38 pcm.
Rarely tweet, next to zero followers but had to vent. AWFUL experience with @virginmedia broadband. To many issues to fit in a tweet. Lodged a complaint AGES ago (Ref 102044005), still no formal reply! What's going on?!?!
