@JoshGetsNoWomen@RosteredGG Honest answer the app is mostly vibe coded, I worked on this project for a short period and through that I fixed a ton of vulnerabilities and there were no more applicable but with everything vibe coded no future guarantees as this was more than a month ago
Well said, @leetmann has been around a long time and garnered a good reputation for a reason. The Scenes cutthroat and there's very few of us who focus people first. For a new org trying to grow that was probably the worst way to handle that. @SwixterFPS bro you need to reflect.
Hey @AceggHQ@SwixterFPS
Let me make this simple.
You can't poach players who were never yours.
The GC team were never contracted with Ace. Not a single signature. Not a single agreement. I brought them in personally, gave them a home under the Ace banner, and when I left they made their own free choice as uncontracted free agents. That's not poaching. That's called loyalty, something that's earned, not assigned by an org tag.
But let's talk about what this org actually is.
Ace is image first. Players second. The strategy was never about development. It was about attaching recognizable names to a brand to look legitimate, then moving on once something shinier came along. I watched it firsthand. Bring in a name with clout, use the association to build the org's reputation, then replace them the moment it's convenient. That's not player development. That's using people as marketing.
And through all of that, I was expected to be the one sitting across from players, real people with real goals, selling them on promises this org had no intention of keeping. That's where I draw the line. I'm not built for that.
You want to talk about transparency? Let's talk about asking someone to serve as a full Director, managing rosters, staff, and operations, with zero compensation. No salary. No stipend. Nothing. That's not building the right way. That's exploitation dressed up in professional language.
The agreement you're publicly referencing may not have been legally valid to begin with. I'd encourage you to consult a lawyer before implying otherwise in a public statement.
I don't owe you a conversation about my future plans. There's no non-compete in that contract. Go read it.
I am player first. Always have been. Always will be. Every player I've worked with will tell you that, and they already did, with their feet.
I stand on everything I did. Every single bit of it.

@Hitbox_Americas@ValorCentral
This kind of post is exactly why the T3 scene in Valorant get's such a bad rap. The players left for a reason and instead of reaching out to them and asking for why so you can learn and grow as an org you'd rather turn to shaming people in hopes they come back. Grow up. This isn't how professionals handle themselves.
ANNND we're out of day 2, good showing from the boys though
2-1 @huphhfps@khsFPS
1-2 @SadEsportsOrg
GG's to everyone was a fun day and happy we could take a map off one of the best!
We're on a roll with AC's, Bro showed up for 15 minutes ever, when asked if he's going to be more available he blocked the HC and Manager, left the server and leaked our strats while playing Canezera and friends. Side note Night needs a new AC so hit us up if you're interested!
@Lawfvl_ Do me a favor and stop lying about teams you've coached, you have not coached @EternalFocusEsp Night, we trialed you and passed. @RosoideaeGG passed you up as well. Teams and orgs talk and it's not a good look when we have to tell others you lied.
