I try to bring up the "well, they'd be better raised and loved here up until the last moment than being in a sterile body sized pen their entire lives where they can barely move."

Looks like SHE will be eating the canned stuff when the Zombies come.

I've got a canner, just need to USE it (again).
Grew some things in the garden this past year but didn't can anything! Waste!
