XBOX's Matthew Ball has responded to The Verge's report on #GTAVI streaming rights:

"We are looking forward to launching GTAVI on XBOX November 19, though the game will not be streaming exclusively or to PC."

This appears to directly dispute the report, which claimed only Xbox Cloud Gaming could stream GTA 6 at launch.

It also seems to suggest GTA 6 won't be streamable to PC through XBOX Cloud Gaming, though the wording isn't fully clear.

Rockstar has not commented and still hasn't announced a PC version.
