I've been doing tech support for 35 years.

Been having an issue with a paid-for Google product for 15 days now. H1B support person replies with unhelpful canned responses every two days, so I demanded a manager.

Now that Chris is involved and Jai is "out of the office", I've had a productive back-and-forth discussion four times in the last two hours...
