I understand Big Mac’s role but he shouldn’t be in the lineup every game & Dowling is a journeyman AHLer. Tatar is really the only thing keeping them from getting caved in every game. Hope Fitzy is looking into alternatives whether be in Utica, waivers or a minor trade. #njdevils

Don’t mind this change; it may not feel like it based on the early season vibes but Noesen/Haula/Cotter are under water by expected and actual goal share at 5-on-5 on the season. Hischier line has also been just above breakeven by expected goal share. #njdevils

@CJTDevil He’s looked so good defensively this year and I love Keefe giving him the opportunity to contribute more in that way, like some PK time. Granted it does look like better deployment is helping too like less DZ starts and softer competition relative to recent years.
