Definitely some good news here with Gritsyuk.
I wrote about what an extension could look like for Grits and I think it'll be a 5X5

For anyone thinking about a swap between Hischier and Larkin —
1. Hischier is a significantly better player. Not particularly close, and he’s several years younger.
2. There’s no indication a contract won’t get done, with all early signs pointing to an extension.

Nico Hischier would also be ideal for the #NJDevils. With Jack Hughes making just $8M, Sunny Mehta will likely have no problem paying market value for the captain.
No player movement today in the PWHL, but a significant step for the expansion teams.
The 4 teams submit a 20-player negotiation target list and 4-player EFO ranking by 3 pm ET.
• ENTL: A list of 20 unprotected players - both free agents and under contract - that the expansion team is interested in signing during Phase 2. These lists won't be made public.
• Existing teams will receive a list of players from their roster who are on any ENTL. It won't specify which team(s) did so.
• EFO Ranking: A ranked list of 4 free agents from the team's ENTL that they are interested in signing to an EFO.
• EFO = Binding offer of no less than $100K or the player's 25-26 salary (whichever is more) for the 26-27 season. Player chooses contract length from 1-4 years. Salary increases by a minimum 3% for each additional season.
• Order here is very important. If you're the only team to rank a player 1st, that player is assigned to your team. If multiple teams rank a player 1st, the player can negotiate and choose between those teams. That process continues down the respective lists until each team has an EFO player.
