December 2025: Jack Smith swore under oath that he didn't spy on text messages belonging to members of Congress.
Today: New evidence confirms he spied on dozens of members of Congress, myself included.
This is a blatant abuse of power, and exactly what our Founders warned about.
BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that the semi-truck driver charged w/ killing PA State Trooper Michael Pahira Jr. in a crash in PA on Wednesday is a Haitian illegal alien who flew into the US via the Biden administration's CHNV mass parole program in 2024 & received his CDL from the state of Massachusetts. The Trump administration terminated his legal status in 2025, but he remained in the US illegally and had been living in MA.
According to PA State Police, Trooper Pahira Jr. was inspecting a semi-truck on the side of the road in Schuykill County, PA Wednesday morning when a truck driven by 33-year-old Michael Bon veered off the road and crashed into the truck Pahira was inspecting, creating a domino effect that killed him and caught both trucks on fire.
Bon has since been charged w/ homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, and other charges.
DHS BACKGROUND ON THE ARRESTED TRUCK DRIVER MICHAEL BON:
- Michael Bon is a Haitian illegal alien who first flew into the US in 2024 via the Biden administration’s CHNV migrant flights mass parole program.
- Bon flew into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport on 7/2/2024 where he was admitted into the US by CBP as a parolee via the Biden program.
- On 10/26/24, Bon applied for (Temporary Protected Status) TPS under the Biden administration, but it was denied.
- On 6/13/2025, The Trump administration USCIS issued Bon a Notice of Termination of parole (revoking the legal status he had via Biden).

NEW: @RepHuizenga (R-MI) has introduced a bill that would automatically strip citizenship and deport any naturalized US citizens if they've been convicted of terrorism related offenses. The "Deport the Terrorists Act" would close a loophole in current US law that allows these people to remain in the US indefinitely because of the long and tedious legal process that comes with denaturalization, which has rarely been pursued prior to the Trump administration.
This bill would automatically revoke the citizenship of any American convicted of terror related crimes and would make them immediately subject to deportation, and also creates new grounds for deportation.
The idea behind the bill is instead of DOJ having to file denaturalization cases and potentially wait years for them to play out in court, the law would expedite that process to automatically and immediately revoke US citizenship and prioritize the subjects for deportation, without going through a lengthy legal process.
Man, the second the money laundromat was closed in Ukraine, the Democrats never mentioned it again. I’ve never seen a noble cause abandoned so quickly.
They are such phonies.
With the 75 day DHS shutdown now set to finally come to an end, did anyone win?
Dems started the shutdown to demand approx 10 major reforms within ICE & CBP. They will get zero of those reforms after negotiations in the Senate fell apart, and the GOP is set to give ICE & CBP another $70 billion + for three years in a second reconciliation bill that won’t need any Dem votes (on top of the OBBB money ICE & CBP are already getting).
Democrats did not succeed in defunding ICE & CBP, and they didn’t succeed in getting any reforms they had been demanding.
However, they did succeed in setting a precedent that ICE and CBP can be carved out of DHS appropriations bills, and GOP may not be so lucky in the future to go around process to fund them on their own if they aren’t in control of the WH, House, and Senate.
Caught in the middle of all this - thousands of DHS employees across multiple agencies who were hurt financially in the last 2.5 months.
In Memory of Deputy David March
EOW: April 29, 2002
On the morning of April 29, 2002, at approximately 10:30 a.m., Temple Station Deputy David March stopped a vehicle on Live Oak Avenue just east of Peck Road in Irwindale for an apparent traffic violation. Unknown to Deputy March, the vehicle was recently stolen. The driver exited the vehicle and approached Deputy March as he made his way toward the car. Halfway between the vehicles the suspect withdrew a handgun and shot March several times before he could draw his own weapon. The shooter then jumped back in the car and fled.
An engineer at a nearby concrete plant said he heard five gunshots. He ran out onto the street and saw Deputy March stretched out on the pavement with his head resting against the curb. A truck driver at the plant ran to March’s vehicle, got on the radio and announced, “A deputy’s been shot!” According to the first witness, one of the first officers on the scene gave Deputy March mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, but it was clearly no use and he got up and kicked his car in frustration.
Deputy March’s killer was quickly identified but fled to Mexico. In February 2006, he was arrested and returned to the United States. In March 2007, he pled guilty to second-degree murder and received a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Deputy Dave March, 33, a seven-year veteran of the Sheriff’s Department at the time of his murder, was survived by his wife, Teri, and 12-year-old step-daughter, Kayla.
The week before his death, Dave wrote the following in an email in response to a request for input on his annual evaluation, "My goals are simple, I will always be painfully honest, work as hard as I can, learn as much as I can and hopefully make a difference in people's lives." This statement has gone on to become the creed of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.
Every year on the anniversary of Deputy March’s death, deputies from Temple Sheriff’s Station stand a twenty-four-hour vigil at the memorial in Irwindale where he was slain.
It is with deep sorrow and unwavering respect, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department joined family, friends, and loved ones in honoring the life of Deputy Brian Sneed.
Deputy Sneed graduated from LASD Academy Class 397 and worked at the Inmate Reception Center before transferring to his patrol assignment at West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station.
“Brian was a model deputy,” Sheriff Robert Luna said. “He was disciplined. He was professional, and strove to treat people with dignity.”
Deputy Sneed’s dedication to service, strong moral character, and the positive impact he had on those around him will never be forgotten.
We sincerely thank our community for the continued support shown to Deputy Sneed’s loved ones and to the members of our department as we honor his memory.

For nearly two years, Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer has been sounding the alarm about a dangerous loophole in the Department of Homeland Security’s ESTA visa waiver program that has allowed Chilean organized crime rings a direct pipeline into the United States to commit residential and commercial burglaries, follow-home robberies, and thefts across the United States.
Today, a group of lawmakers called on Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem and Secretary of State Marco Rubio to take immediate action to address the exploitation of the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) by Chilean criminal organizations.
The lawmakers highlighted how these groups are using the program to enter the United States and commit widespread burglaries, robberies, and other crimes, victimizing thousands of Americans.
However, Chile, which joined the VWP in 2013, has consistently failed to provide U.S. authorities with the necessary criminal background information on its nationals. This loophole has allowed Chilean organized crime rings to exploit the program, leading to a surge in “burglary tourism” across the United States. These criminal groups, often referred to as “South American theft gangs,” have been linked to residential and commercial burglaries, follow-home robberies, and thefts in at least 25 states.
The lawmakers cited alarming statistics and testimony from law enforcement officials to underscore the severity of the issue. In 2022 alone, over 350,000 Chilean nationals entered the U.S. under the VWP. According to Orange County Senior Deputy District Attorney Bradley Schoenleben, who testified before the House Judiciary Committee in July 2023, these criminal syndicates use sophisticated technology, such as Wi-Fi and cell phone jammers, to carry out their operations. Victims have reported losing millions of dollars in cash, jewelry, and other valuables.
We continue to urge Secretary of State @SecRubio and DHS Secretary @KristiNoem to immediately suspend Chile from participating in the ESTA program until it complies with providing criminal background checks.
