Cronbach:No commentator on evaluation will devalue the excellence of experimental designs, reproducibility, statistical rigor, etc. But we do say that these virtues are purchased at too high a price when they restrict an inquiry to what can be assessed with the greatest certainty

Many #evaluation reports are too long, too dense, too technical! Hard to get people to even read them. - @RockefellerFdn at #Eval17 So true!
