It is now 8:32 and I was just notified that @CSPDPIO finally went out and searched the area for the an who was exposing himself to the world and doing inappropriate things to himself over 3 hours after being reported. How is that justified or acceptable?

@CSPDPIO today I called 911 due to a homeless man having his pants down and either pooping or fondling himself on the corner of two major roads in our city while we drove by him with our four kids in the car. It took 3:34 for a dispatcher to answer. Thank God no one was dying.

This is a disgrace to the tax payers of the city to potentially be in horrible danger (or witnessing a horrifically inappropriate activity) and for it to take over 3:30 to get your 911 call answered. Do better CSPD.

@UWMlending it would appear your underwriters are not following the VA guidelines and are currently preventing a closing for my veteran clients as of today. They are not accepting a NOTICE OF VALUE and are requiring documentation that is not part of the VA guidelines.

@CHFA I currently have sellers who have a buyer working on assuming their FHA loan through CHFA. It’s an absolute nightmare. Nearly four months of working with CHFA for the assumption and we are no closer today than four months ago.

@CHFA every single representative we have worked with has been rude and disrespectful. We are constantly told conflicting information and it appears no one knows what they are doing. My sellers want to sell. The buyers wants to buy. But @CHFA clearly doesn’t want to make it easy.
