It can be difficult to get around in cold weather. The golden rule is to drive, cycle or walk with extreme care and caution and expect the unexpected.
Look after yourself and care for others if using drugs tonight.
Know the signs of an emergency and don't be afraid to get help if you or a friend become unwell after using drugs.
Go straight to the ED or call 999 or 112 if you suspect an overdose.
