Wow! What luck I am having today. This time I ordered from #ThalairajBiryani. They forgot to send the Pepsi Black I ordered as an add-on. Again @zomato@zomatocare was of no help, couldn't get past the damn chat bot.
@zomatocare My concern is not addressed. Does my money grow on a tree? And I am not a philanthropist yet. I need my money back. I paid extra for the missing item, it's not that the restaurant was doing charity and was supposed to give it for free.
What's wrong with you @Cali_Burrito ? The last 4-5 orders from the Mayur Vihar, Delhi outlet were extremely disappointing and disgusting to be honest. Add-on's are not served, unbalanced ingredients, and the list goes on. @Swiggy@SwiggyCares is providing any resolution either.
@IRCTCofficial@eCateringIRCTC@RailMinIndia@indianrailway__ What's the point in publishing such a detailed and attractive menu when the same meal is being served for lunch and dinner. Eat the same food for dinner yesterday, lunch and dinner today, few items are not even served.

@shadowfax_in My return pickup from @Meesho_Official (AWB- R1368134306FPL) is being rescheduled agin and again without any resolution since 1 week. The delivery agent assigned again and again is on a two wheeler, whereas the product for return pickup is big and heavy.
All i get is an automated message saying "Greetings from Shadowfax! We are sorry for the inconvenience. Team will get in touch with you shortly. Thanks for your patience." My patience is running out now, it's been 1 week now and the same thing is happening again and again.
@AmazonHelp This link is not helpful at all, there is no way to contact the Accounts Specialist team, only a few questions and suggestions regarding opening or creating an account etc.
